Dermatologic Surgery: Surgical Removal of Skin Lesions
In our practice, we perform outpatient surgical procedures with precision, care, and according to modern aesthetic and functional standards. Our services range from the removal of malignant skin lesions and precancerous conditions to suspicious moles and bothersome benign lesions. We also routinely perform diagnostic tissue biopsies to accurately evaluate uncertain dermatological conditions.
Important Information Before Your Procedure
All procedures are performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia, ensuring a pain-free and straightforward process.
No fasting required: You may eat and drink as usual on the day of your surgery.
Blood-thinning medication: As a rule, blood thinners do not need to be discontinued prior to the procedure. We will discuss and coordinate the exact protocol with you individually in advance.
Daily routine after the procedure: You can move around normally after treatment. We will inform you in advance about any temporary restrictions (e.g., exercise or contact with water).
Detailed consultation: Prior to every procedure, we provide personal guidance regarding the treatment process and post-operative care.
Specialized referrals: For very large or anatomically complex findings, we work closely with specialized hospitals and centers to ensure you always receive optimal care.

Non-melanoma skin cancer & precancers: Removal of basal cell carcinomas (BCC), squamous cell carcinomas (SCC), and actinic keratoses
Melanoma & moles: Removal of malignant melanomas as well as preventive excision of suspicious moles (nevi)
Evaluation of uncertain findings: Surgical removal and histological (tissue) examination of unclear skin lesions
Benign lesions & cysts: Gentle removal or excision of cysts, superficial lipomas, seborrheic keratoses, or bothersome skin tags (fibromas)
Diagnostic biopsies: Targeted tissue sampling (punch biopsies 3–6 mm in diameter) for precise diagnosis of complex skin conditions
